The purpose of this work is to analyse which are the models of good practices to follow when we talk about the digital transformation of public administrations in Europe. At the same time, the objective of the comparative analysis is to establish a set of priorities regarding the digital skills that must be pursued through the professional training processes of civil servants. The work offers interesting insights on how these institutions are sharing their responsibilities. 摘要

数字化转型给社会带来了实实在在的好处,因此已成为各国的愿望。公共部门的员工必须做好专业准备,以成功实施公共服务数字化项目。在此背景下,公务员的数字化技能问题成为公共管理部门的当务之急。在本研究中,我们对为公共部门雇员提供数字化领域专业培训的机构进行了比较分析。这项工作的目的是,当我们谈论欧洲公共行政机构的数字化转型时,分析哪些是值得效仿的良好实践模式。同时,比较分析的目的还在于确定一套必须通过公务员专业培训过程来掌握的数字技能的优先事项。这项工作为这些机构如何分担责任提供了有趣的见解。本研究的结论对罗马尼亚的公共机构改进数字化转型进程很有帮助。
