A reproducing kernel Hilbert space approach is used to establish the consistency, convergence rate, and joint asymptotic distribution of the resulting estimators for finite-dimensional and infinite-dimensional parameters. Our simulation studies demonstrate that the proposed estimation procedure performs well.
