The demand percentage change decreased from 2011 to 2012 and again from 2014 to 2016, and the greatest negative impact has been the COVID-19 pandemic. The breakdown of the Nashville market is shown by location, rooms, class, and submarket with key performance indicators. The pipeline projects in Nashville are continued to be constructed in 2021.
