The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews. 摘要

本研究的目的是:(1) 了解校长作为督导员在帮助塔朗凯拉帕市教育局(SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa)教师带班方面所起的作用;(2) 了解校长作为督导员在帮助塔朗凯拉帕市教育局(SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa)教师规划学习计划方面所起的作用;(3) 了解校长作为督导员在帮助塔朗凯拉帕市教育局(SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa)教师开展学习过程方面所起的作用。本研究采用的方法是描述性定性方法和深入访谈。研究结果发现:(1) 校长在监督教师带班能力方面所扮演的角色是从监督教案规划、课堂学习实施和学习评价开始的;(2) 校长在提高教师能力方面所扮演的监督角色是通过提供指导来体现的、(3) 在提高 SD Negeri 24 Talang Kelapa 学校教师能力的过程中,校长作为监督者帮助教师开展学习,具体做法是为教师提供培训支持,然后对培训结果进行评估,鼓励教师参加线上和线下的培训和研讨会。
