摘要

Covid-19 大流行病的影响之一是商业和经济世界的不景气。因此,营销人员或企业行为者需要找到其他解决方案,向消费者推销商品或服务。本研究旨在探讨数字营销的潜力,以便商业人士利用数字营销求得生存。本研究采用的研究方法是定性描述法。Covid-19 大流行要求企业参与者将营销、推广和交易策略从传统转向数字。本研究结果建议企业家发展数字营销,将其作为接触目标消费者的一个非常有效的选择。

DIGITAL MARKETING POTENTIAL IN INDONESIA
