The study was attended by 236 studied at the age of 18-55 as a psychometric sample. Tested in this study The role– structure questionnaire of leadership skills allows to evaluate the degree of development of leadership skills by the roles of the Negotiator, who performs a communicative function of leadership, a Coach, who performs a didactic function of leadership, a Guide who performs an organizational function of leadership, a Counsellor, who performs the communicative and organizational function of leadership, a Motivator who performs a motivational function of leadership, a Friend who performs an emotional function of leadership.
