Traction control in automobiles is the process of controlling the transmission torque from the engine to the active wheels so that it is suitable for the grip state of the tire and the road surface to avoid the loss of engine torque. In this paper, the research team designs a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) model to control the traction of the automobile when moving in a straight line with different resistances on both sides of the active wheel, designing a traction controller with two sets of brake and engine torque controllers. 摘要

当车辆在复杂路面上行驶时,由于主动轴差速器的分配规律,两侧主动轮从发动机传输下来的扭矩值不同。汽车牵引力控制就是控制发动机向主动轮传递的扭矩,使其适合轮胎和路面的抓地力状态,避免发动机扭矩的损失。在本文中,研究团队设计了一个硬件在环(HIL)模型,以控制汽车在直线行驶时主动轮两侧的不同阻力下的牵引力,设计了一个带有两套制动器和发动机扭矩控制器的牵引力控制器。实验结果表明,牵引力控制过程达到了所设计的硬件在环模型的预期效果。
