Therefore, the method used in this research is descriptive quantitative so as to be able to provide a firm answer through hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the research that has been done that partially academic supervision is able to have a positive and significant influence on teacher’s performance, as well as teacher motivation who also participates in giving effect to work performance achievement. 摘要

本研究的目的是清楚、直接地描述学术督导和教师积极性对教师绩效成就的影响。因此,本研究采用的方法是描述性定量研究,以便通过假设检验给出确定的答案。研究结果表明,部分学术监督能够对教师的绩效产生积极而重要的影响,教师的积极性也会对工作绩效的实现产生影响。同时进行的测试表明,在整个穆阿拉-依尼姆区,学术监督和教师积极性对国立职业学校教师的工作绩效产生了积极而重要的影响,占 36.8%,属于充分影响类别。
