Subject : Includes (200) nurse, Methods : Three data collection tools: Personal data sheet, Hospital accreditation standards awareness questionnaire and Organizational learning culture questionnaire. Results : More than one third of nurses aware of hospital accreditation standard dimensions , but less than two third of nurses were not aware about hospital accreditation standard dimensions. Less than half of nurses had agreed that their organization had high organizational learning culture , meanwhile more than half of nurses had agreed that their organization had low organizational learning culture. Conclusion There are positive correlations between both awareness regarding hospitals accreditation standards and organizational learning culture dimensions. 摘要

:背景:对医院评审标准及其应用的认识是组织学习文化取得成功的先决条件。目的:确定护士对医院评审标准的认识,并评估组织学习文化。设计 :描述性设计 环境:研究在阿苏特市南埃及癌症研究所进行。对象: 包括(200 名)护士,方法: 三种数据收集工具:个人数据表、医院评审标准意识问卷和组织学习文化问卷。结果:超过三分之一的护士了解医院评审标准的各个维度,但不到三分之二的护士不了解医院评审标准的各个维度。不到一半的护士认为其所在机构的组织学习文化程度高,而超过一半的护士认为其所在机构的组织学习文化程度低。结论 对医院评审标准的认识与组织学习文化之间存在正相关。建议 :制定支持持续学习的战略,以促进强有力的组织学习文化,并定期为医疗服务提供者提供发展机会,进一步研究检验医院评审标准的应用及其对合适或可持续发展目标(SDG)的影响。
