Preoperative panoramic radiographs and cone beam CT were taken for every patient to determine alveolar bone height & width. The change in the implant stability and bone density was measured using cone beam computerized tomography (CBCT) immediately, and after 6 months of healing. All readings were recorded and analysis and statistically. Results: The mean value of horizontal and vertical bone loss in group (1) and group (2) at 6 months showed statistical significant differences between two groups.The mean value of bone density in group(1) and group(2) at months 955.00 ± 52.92 and 670.83 ± 8.01 respectively with statistical significant differences between two groups. 摘要
