摘要

本研究对西雅加达职业学校的指导和咨询服务项目进行评估。本研究旨在了解学校的指导与咨询教师在对学校的指导与咨询服务项目进行评估时所面临的障碍程度。从向雅加达西部的指导与咨询教师发放的调查问卷和访谈来看,大多数教师认为他们遇到了来自外部的障碍,包括行政事务、资金、校长的支持、其他领域的教学负担等等。因此,希望本研究能为学校需要改进的地方提供参考,从而使指导与咨询服务项目得到良好、优化的实施。
