Sons and Daughters in Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 92 consumers. 摘要
本研究旨在通过消费者满意度这一干预变量,确定口碑和产品质量对鱼干(UD.Situbondo.Sons and Daughs)再购买兴趣的影响。本研究采用了抽样技术。本研究采用的抽样技术是对 92 名消费者进行简单随机抽样。本研究使用结构方程模型--部分最小平方(PLS-SEM)进行数据分析和假设检验。0 应用程序进行的直接影响假设检验结果表明,口碑对消费者满意度有积极且显著的影响,产品质量对消费者满意度有积极且显著的影响,口碑对再购买意向有消极但显著的影响,产品质量对再购买意向有积极且显著的影响,消费者满意度对再购买意向有积极且显著的影响,口碑通过消费者满意度对再购买意向有积极且显著的影响,产品质量通过消费者满意度对再购买意向有积极且显著的影响。
