The article analyzes Messages from the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly for the period 2000-2007. Based on the textual analysis of the messages, the article marks the contours of the emerging Russian model of democracy during the first two terms of V.V. Putin, taking into account the continuity of B.N.
