The importance and significance of carrying out engineering surveys in relation to real estate objects are reflected in this paper. The authors found the points of the state geodetic network (SGN), visited each SGN point and approved their coordinates. To study the road network, the authors chose the method of satellite geodetic determinations in fast static mode. The selected equipment - EFT M1 GNSS receiver - collects the most accurate data using the advanced technology and the highest levels of performance, precision and quality. The cadastral engineer processed the obtained coordinates and formed a geodetic construction scheme.
