It has been experimentally established that the introduction of shungite (5 % by weight of the binder) into the composition of fine-grained concrete for the additive manufacturing of building structures subjected to electrode heating at negative temperatures has a positive effect, which is confirmed by a higher temperature, a uniform distribution of thermal on-lei and temperature gradient. The introduction of shungite into fine-grained concrete and its electrode heating for 10 hours leads to the intensification of hydration processes and an increase in the strength of the concrete wall fragment by 36.8 % compared to the composition without shungite. The main provisions of the organization and implementation of quality control during the construction of structures by 3DCP using electrode heating, establishing the scope of operations and control tools during the production of works, have been developed. The practical application of the developed technological solution for electrode heating of concrete using shungite, as well as the provisions of input, operational and acceptance control, improve the technology and quality control of 3DCP, increase the strength of structures at the end of heating and increase the speed of work.","PeriodicalId":202462,"journal":{"name":"News of higher educational institutions.
