GAMBARAN FAKTOR PENYEBAB KEMATIAN IBU DI KABUPATEN KONAWE KEPULAUAN TAHUN 2022

Abstrak Angka kematian ibu merupakan jumlah kematian ibu akibat dari proses kehamilan, persalinan dan pasca persalinan yang di jadikan indikator derajat kesehatan perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penyebab kematian ibu di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan Tahun 2022. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pemilihan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Informan penelitian ini adalah Petugas Kesehatan Puskesmas Waworete dan Puskesmas Bobolio Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan sebanyak 2 orang. Kepala Desa Waworete dan Bobolio sebanyak 2 orang. Keluarga korban sebanyak 2 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tingkat pendidikan ibu merupakan penyebab terjadinya kematian ibu di Kabupaten Konawe Kepulauan tahun 2022 dikarenakan adanya korban yang memiliki pendidikan yang tergolong tinggi yakni D3 keperawatan, Jumlah pendapatan keluarga menjadi faktor penyebab terjadinya kematian ibu dikarenakan biaya-biaya yang dibutuhkan merupakan biaya diluar tanggungan BPJS kesehatan, Keterlambatan rujukan menjadi faktor penyebab kematian ibu dikarenakan masih kurangnya fasilitas kesehatan dipusat kesehatan terdekat dan masih banyaknya akses jalanan yang masuk dalam kategori rusak, Wilayah tempat tinggal ibu menjadi penyebab kematian ibu dikarenakan wilayah tempat tinggal korban yang masuk dalam kategori pelosok dan masih minim jaringan telekomunikasi dan tempat persalinan ibu menjadi penyebab kematian ibu dikarenakan minimnya fasilitas kesehatan dan tidak adanya dokter spesialis pertolongan persalinan di pusat kesehatan terdekat. This study aims to describe the causes of maternal death in Konawe Islands Regency in 2022. The research was conducted in a descriptive qualitative approach. The selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling. The informants in this study were 2 health workers at the Waworete Health Center and Bobolio Health Center, Konawe Islands Regency. There are 2 village heads of Waworete and Bobolio. 2 victims' families. The results showed that the education level of the mother was the cause of maternal death in the Konawe Islands Regency in 2022 because there were victims who had a relatively high education, namely D3 in nursing. Total family income was a factor causing maternal death because the costs required were costs beyond BPJS responsibility. health, Delay in referrals is a factor causing maternal death due to the lack of health facilities at the nearest health center and there are still many access roads that fall into the damaged category. The area where the mother lives is the cause of maternal death because the area where the victim lives is in the remote category and still lacks network telecommunications and places for delivery of mothers are the causes of maternal death due to the lack of health facilities and the absence of specialist doctors for delivery assistance at the nearest health center.
