When studying the quality of two samples of pasteurized drinking milk with the same fat content of 3.2% in terms of organoleptic, physical and chemical indicators (as part of the fi nal qualifi cation work), it has been revealed that one sample of drinking milk does not comply with the information on the label and the requirements of the standard for physical and chemical indicators; it can be assumed that this sample is diluted with water.
