This type of research uses primary data as data obtained directly by filling out questionnaires to 100 participants. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-statistics which is processed using the SPSS system. The results of the study obtained a positive and insignificant effect between Service Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (X2) Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (X3) Location has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. 摘要
本研究的目的是了解服务质量、价格和地点对德波克市 Kohikato 咖啡顾客满意度的影响。此类研究使用原始数据,即通过向 100 名参与者填写问卷直接获得的数据。本研究使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析和使用 SPSS 系统处理的 t 统计量进行假设检验。研究结果表明,服务质量(X1)对顾客满意度(X2)的影响为正且不显著;价格对顾客满意度(X3)的影响为正且显著;地点对顾客满意度的影响为正且显著。总体而言,这些变量对顾客满意度(Y)具有积极而显著的影响。
