IPB case and America, namely regarding the delivery of 800 monkeys one of the monkeys' tail fell off and experienced postnatal stress, Finally, IPB doctors euthanized the baby monkey and paralyze the mother. Because of this incident, America filed a lawsuit against Indonesia regarding achievements in the form of reduction of 800 monkeys. 摘要
法律是规范社会中发生的一切事情的统一体。国际法有两种基本类型，即契约法原则（Lex Loci Contractus Principle）和因果法原则（Lex Loci Causae Principle）。通过搜索图书馆资料以及阅读与所研究问题相关的资料，采用规范性写作方法。IPB 案和美国案，即关于 800 只猴子的分娩，其中一只猴子的尾巴脱落并出现产后应激反应，最后 IPB 医生对小猴子实施安乐死并使母亲瘫痪。由于这一事件，美国就减少 800 只猴子的成果对印度尼西亚提起诉讼。适用契约法原则（Lex Loci Contractus Principle）和因果法（Lex Causae）肯定是有效的，因为在案件审理过程中已经证明，所使用的法律符合 "法律确定性 "理论，即根据 IPB 与美国之间现有协议中的原则适用印尼法律。
