The methodconsisted ofa qualitative design framed within a state-of-the-art review. In the results,the different conceptual terms used to describe this phenomenonare detailed,the Latin American countries where these migratory flows occuraregeoreferenced,and the theoretical and methodological approaches of the studies are also expanded upon.
