To achieve this, we analyzed the case of A University's Learning Facilitator Support Program, and the findings are as follows: The Learning Facilitator Support Program has proven to be effective in facilitating the operation of classes with a large number of students. And, it has demonstrated a positive impact on academic performance. Therefore, it is concluded that strategies are needed to enhance the program's effectiveness in managing and improving the quality of instruction. 本研究旨在提出有效实施和推广以学习者为中心的创新教学方法的策略,以及大规模教学的效率和质量管理。为此,我们分析了 A 大学学习促进者支持计划的案例,研究结果如下:事实证明,"学习辅导员支持计划 "能有效促进学生人数众多的班级的运作。而且,该计划对学习成绩产生了积极影响。因此,得出的结论是,需要采取一些策略来提高该计划在管理和提高教学质量方面的有效性。这些策略应包括学校层面的制度改进、学习环境的改善、操作方法的改进以及 CTL 层面的共享策略。
