摘要

本研究旨在从社会认知职业理论出发,探究影响舞蹈专业学生职业准备行为的社会支持、自我效能感和工作压力之间的结构关系,以帮助学生解决在职业选择和职业准备过程中面临的困难。本研究通过调查法,采用多元回归分析法对变量之间的关系进行了分析。研究结果表明,自我效能感对职业准备行为有积极影响。研究还考察了社会支持和就业压力的中介效应和调节效应。结果显示,自我效能感通过社会支持影响了职业准备行为。本研究有助于制定职业指导和教育政策,为个人做出更有效、更满意的职业选择提供启示。
