The type of research used is descriptive using a qualitative approach method, which refers to 3 focus indicators, namely, facility indicators, member understanding and transparency. The research results show that: the management of independent village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase member participation in Mootawa Village, Bone Raya District, Bone Bolango Regency is not optimal, this is due to inadequate facilities, minimal understanding of members and low levels of transparency which can hamper the process of Agency Management. 摘要
本研究旨在确定 Bone Bolango 县 Bone Raya 区 Mootawa 村的村办企业（BUMDes）的独立管理程度，以提高成员的参与度。研究类型为描述性研究，采用定性方法，涉及 3 个重点指标，即设施指标、成员理解和透明度。研究结果表明：在 Bone Bolango 摄政区 Bone Raya 县 Mootawa 村，为提高成员参与度而对独立村办企业（BUMDes）进行的管理并不理想，这是由于设施不足、成员对其了解甚少以及透明度低，这些都会阻碍机构管理的进程。为了提高成员的参与度，需要建立独立的村办企业（BUMDes）。
