Result: The study proved that mean post test knowledge score 23.025 was greater than the mean Pre test score 12.775 The mean difference between Pre test and post test score was 10.25 paired t knowledge score is paired 't-5.99' *p<0.05 is significant at 0.05 level. Hence research hypothesis H0 and H0. was accepted.
