SUSTAINABILITY INNOVATION DALAM PENERAPAN E-GOVERNMENT

The increasing number of residents in each region will also go hand in hand with the increasing need for public services. In improving the quality of public services in a better direction, the government applies the concept of E-Government in several of its agencies. The concept of E-Government requires the application of technology in every implementation of the government system. To realize the concept of E-Government, innovations are needed in the delivery of these services, especially services in the health sector. One of the government agencies engaged in the health sector, namely the Madani Regional Hospital in Pekanbaru City, which in some of its services uses the concept of E-Government, one of which is the Patient Safety Incident Reporting Information System service (SILAPIS KETAN). Therefore the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze Sustainability Innovation in the implementation of E-Government at the Madani Regional Hospital, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province
