ANALISIS PEMUSNAHAN REKAM MEDIS DI PUSKESMAS : SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

Abstrak   Pemusnahan adalah suatu kegiatan menghancurkan secara fisik dokumen rekam medis yang sudah berakhir masa fungsi dan tidak memiliki nilai guna, rusak, tidak terbaca dan tidak dapat dikenali baik isi maupun bentuknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis di puskesmas. Penelitian ini merupakan systematic review dengan menggunakan metode preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses atau biasa disebut PRISMA, metode ini dilakukan secara sistematis dengan mengikuti tahapan atau protocol penelitian yang benar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 jurnal yang memiliki kesamaan yang membahas tentang standar operasional prosedur pemusnahanan berkas rekam medis belum mengikuti aturan yang berlaku dan 3 jurnal yang di review terdapat kesamaan pada pengetahuan petugas rekam medis pada pemusnahan rekam medis dikarenakan kurangnya tenaga PMIK yang sesuai dengan kualifikasinya serta kurangnya pengetahuan petugas tentang pemusnahan rekam medis sehingga perlu merekrut pegawai yang sesuai dengan klasifikasi khusus rekam medis dan memerlukan sosialisasi terkait pemusnahan rekam medis. Disarankan puskesmas menggunakan standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah serta melakukan pelaksanaan pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis sesuai aturan yang berlaku dan perlu merekrut pegawai yang sesuai dengan klasifikasi khusus rekam medis, selain itu puskesmas juga perlu mengadakan terkait pemusnahan rekam medis sehingga pelaksanaan pemusnahan dokumen rekam medis dapat terlaksana dengan baik.  Kata kunci : pemusnahan, rekam medis, puskesmas Abstract   Destruction is an activity of physically destroying medical record documents that have expired and have no use value, are damaged, illegible and cannot be recognized in terms of content or form. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the destruction of medical record documents at community health centers. This research is a systematic review using the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses method or commonly called PRISMA, this method is carried out systematically by following the correct research stages or protocols. The results of the research show that there are 4 journals that have similarities in discussing standard operational procedures for destroying medical record files that do not follow applicable regulations and the 3 journals reviewed have similarities in the knowledge of medical record officers regarding the destruction of medical records due to the lack of PMIK staff who match their qualifications. as well as the lack of knowledge of officers regarding the destruction of medical records so that it is necessary to recruit employees who are in accordance with the special classification of medical records and require socialization regarding the destruction of medical records. It is recommended that community health centers use standard operational procedures that have been established by the government and carry out the destruction of medical record documents in accordance with applicable regulations and need to recruit employees who are in accordance with the special classification of medical records.
