摘要
使用礼貌策略进行交流是每个人都非常重视的事情。每个人都有不同的礼貌方式。研究人员采用定性方法 a) 记录马赫福德-马兹在纳拉西节目中的视频内容,从第 20 分钟到第 50 分钟,总时长 30 分钟 b) 识别马赫福德-马兹在纳拉西节目中的回答中的沟通礼貌策略类型。研究结果发现,在五种礼貌策略中,Mahfudz MD 使用了三种,即记录在案的秃头礼貌、积极礼貌、消极礼貌和非记录礼貌,并且在以法律作为印度尼西亚道德要求为主题的 Narasi 节目中最常使用积极礼貌进行交流。
