In fact, the crime exists and often causes victims to be in debt, which leads to apostasy. This article is classified as literature research with a qualitative approach. The methodology used is the study of normative legal analysis. The results showed that a sharia economic criminal qanun is needed that regulates criminal sanctions for perpetrators of sharia economic cultivation in Aceh based on three foundations. First, the philosophical principle of economics in Aceh, which is in line with Islamic law, is the Islamic view of life of the Acehnese people, referring to the Qur'an and Hadith. Second, juridically, there is a formal legal basis for making the Aceh Qanun concerning Sharia Economic Crimes, namely Law No. 11 of 2006 concerning the Government of Aceh, Aceh Qanun No. 8 of 2014 concerning the Principles of Islamic Sharia, and Aceh Qanun No. 11 of 2018 concerning Sharia Financial Institutions. 摘要

伊斯兰教法经济犯罪尚未以需要刑事制裁的法律规范形式加以管理。事实上,这种犯罪是存在的,而且往往会导致受害者负债累累,从而导致叛教。本文属于定性方法的文献研究。采用的方法是规范性法律分析研究。研究结果表明,需要制定一部伊斯兰教法经济刑法qanun,在三个基础上规范对亚齐伊斯兰教法经济种植犯罪者的刑事制裁。首先,亚齐经济的哲学原理符合伊斯兰法,即亚齐人民的伊斯兰生活观,参照《古兰经》和圣训。第二,从法理上讲,制定有关伊斯兰教法经济犯罪的亚齐Qanun有正式的法律依据,即2006年关于亚齐政府的第11号法律、2014年关于伊斯兰教法原则的第8号亚齐Qanun和2018年关于伊斯兰教法金融机构的第11号亚齐Qanun。第三,从社会学角度来看,有必要根据经验事实的发展来满足社会的法律需求,即在经济活动中仍然存在高利贷、加拉尔和其他扰乱亚齐人民的因素。
