摘要

本研究旨在分析高中生的营养状况、饮料饮用习惯和疾病发生频率之间的关系。研究通过在线问卷收集数据,以了解受试者的特征:体重、身高、饮料消费习惯和疾病发生频率。研究对象为万丹省帕穆兰市25区SMA Muhammadiyah学校的78名学生。研究发现,营养状况和饮用营养饮料的习惯与疾病频率无关(P>0.05)。同时,草药饮料的饮用习惯与疾病发生频率有关(P<0.05)。草药饮料中含有抗氧化剂,可以提高免疫力,减少疾病的发生。
