This research was conducted to determine the effect of implementing total quality management (TQM) on innovation performance through knowledge sharing as an intervening variable at Auto 2000 Soekarno Hatta 145 Bandung. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-causality research type. As for sampling, it was carried out using the saturated sampling technique method, with a total of 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this research indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between total quality management (TQM) and innovation performance, total quality management (TQM) and knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing and innovation performance, as well as an indirect relationship between total quality management (TQM) on innovation performance through knowledge sharing. 摘要
为了能够在各种条件下竞争和生存,每家公司都非常重视人力资源的维护,将其作为公司努力获得有效战略的一部分,旨在支持公司成功实现其目标。本研究的目的是通过知识共享作为干预变量,确定在万隆苏加诺-哈达汽车2000公司(Auto 2000 Soekarno Hatta 145 Bandung)实施全面质量管理(TQM)对创新绩效的影响。本研究采用描述性因果关系研究类型的定量方法。在抽样方面,采用了饱和抽样技术方法,共有 70 名受访者。本研究采用的数据分析技术是描述性分析和部分最小平方结构方程模型(PLS-SEM),由 Smart PLS 3.0 分析工具辅助。研究结果表明,全面质量管理(TQM)与创新绩效、全面质量管理(TQM)与知识共享、知识共享与创新绩效之间存在正向显著关系,全面质量管理(TQM)通过知识共享对创新绩效也存在间接关系。因此,为了提高员工的创新绩效,需要对万隆苏加诺-哈达汽车制造厂(Auto 2000 Soekarno Hatta 145 Bandung)应用全面质量管理(TQM)和知识共享的情况进行评估和改进。
