Il malapropismo è un errore lessicale tipico dell’italiano popolare, la varietà parlata e scritta dai semicolti. In questo contributo si tenterà di fornire nuovi spunti di indagine su un fenomeno tutt’altro che semplice da descrivere e delineare, confrontandosi con la letteratura sull’argomento e avvalendosi delle potenzialità offerte dalla rete, in primo luogo di un repertorio inedito di solecismi tratto dai social network.   “Error vacui”. This contribution will attempt to provide new insights into a phenomenon that is anything but easy to describe and delineate, comparing itself with the literature on the subject and making use of the potential offered by the web, first and foremost an unpublished repertoire of solecisms taken from social networks.
