Bachynska","doi":"10.31866/2616-7654.12.2023.293574","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The aim of the article is to determine step-by-step improving the professional competences of the first education level students in specialty 029 “Information, Library and Archival Studies” in conditions of the practice process, and in accordance with the standard, educational and professional programs elaborated by the Department of Information Technologies at Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts (KNUKiM/KNUCA). \nResearch methods are based on both general scientific methods and special ones. The use of analysis and synthesis makes it possible to analyze the theoretical research foundation. Systemic and structural-functional methods make it possible to comprehensively study the peculiarities of the practice organization at different educational levels. Argumentation of conclusions and scientific ideas is carried out using the method of generalization and content analysis. \nThe scientific novelty consists in substantiating the step-by-step competences formation in practice conditions by students of the first education level, in accordance with the Standard of Higher Education of Ukraine: the first level (a Bachelor’s degree), a field of study 02 Culture and Art, specialty 029 “Information, Library and Archival Studies”, as well as educational and professional programs developed at the Department of Information Technologies, namely, “Manager of Library and Information Systems and Technologies”, “Documentation Science Specialist, Manager of State and Local Authorities”. \nMain conclusions. The first Bachelor’s degree of higher education requires students to master an educational and professional program. A mandatory component of this program is introductory, educational, productional and pre-diploma practice. 摘要

文章的目的是在实践过程中,根据基辅国立文化艺术大学(KNUKiM/KNUCA)信息技术系制定的标准、教育和专业计划,确定如何逐步提高029专业 "信息、图书馆和档案学 "一级教育学生的专业能力。研究方法以一般科学方法和特殊方法为基础。使用分析和综合方法可以对理论研究基础进行分析。系统方法和结构功能方法有助于全面研究不同教育层次实践组织的特殊性。结论和科学观点的论证采用概括和内容分析的方法。科学的新颖性在于根据乌克兰高等教育标准证实了第一教育阶段学生在实践中逐步形成的能力:第一教育阶段(学士学位),02文化艺术专业,029 "信息、图书馆和档案学 "专业,以及信息技术系制定的教育和专业课程,即 "图书馆和信息系统与技术管理者"、"文献学专家、国家和地方当局管理者"。主要结论第一个高等教育学士学位要求学生掌握一门教育和专业课程。该课程的一个必修部分是入门、教育、生产和文凭前实践。实践过程旨在提高、深化和发展在吸收理论材料和实践课程过程中形成的专业能力。在适当的基地,特别是在图书馆、档案馆、信息和分析机构以及其他文献和传播机构组织实习有许多好处,有助于培养综合、一般和专业能力。学生获得专业能力的有效性取决于多种因素,其中包括:实践的质量、培训计划和导师的支持、学生的活动、实践与教育目标的相关性、反馈和自我评价,这些反过来又有助于未来的专家为成功的职业生涯做好准备,扩大他们的机会,增强对自身能力的信心。
