摘要

长期的心理抑郁会严重损害青少年学生的身心健康成长，需要对学生的抑郁情绪进行有效干预。本文简要介绍了学生的抑郁情绪，并对 2020 年郑州市十所高中三个年级的学生进行了问卷调查，问卷内容除常规信息外，还包括抑郁程度、家庭环境等。在对抑郁情绪相关指标进行初步筛选后，采用多元回归分析法分析了家庭环境对抑郁情绪的影响。结果显示，家庭环境中的亲密性、娱乐性、组织性等因素可以有效抑制抑郁情绪，而矛盾性和控制性因素则会加重抑郁情绪。
