The archive management system at PT Supra Nusa Kencana is running well, focusing management on four stages, namely structuring archives, borrowing archives, maintaining archives, and destroying archives. 摘要
档案存储系统分为两种，即活动档案存储系统和非活动档案存储系统。本研究的目的是从档案存储系统，尤其是非活动档案存储系统中了解如何评估档案管理的好坏。本研究采用描述性定性方法，数据收集技术包括观察、访谈、文献和文章搜索，以及使用目的性抽样。研究地点位于雅加达南部明谷区卡巴古桑（Kebugusan）的巴昂拉亚（Jalan Baung Raya）。PT Supra Nusa Kencana 公司的档案管理系统运行良好，重点管理四个阶段，即构建档案、借用档案、维护档案和销毁档案。非活动档案存储系统也运行良好。
