The analysis covered twenty-nine cities that belonged to the network before 2019. The research is divided into three stages: the first one focuses on the analysis of strategic and planning documents at the municipal, provincial, and national levels; the second one examines investments by the cities and determines their relation to the cittaslow idea to highlight directions of development; whereas the third stage analyses statistical data to determine whether the cittaslow cities in Poland show an upward growth trend based on selected indicators.
