In Jogjakarta, Indonesia this success story also repeated even though unfortunately when the government tries to expand the programme, some part of the community reject it. 摘要

目的:描述政府为减少登革出血热发病率而计划扩大内含沃尔巴克氏体细菌的埃及伊蚊的释放范围,却遭到社区部分拒绝的原因,并提出一种基于社区医疗的更合理方法,即在期待社区参与之前,先进行大规模教育。讨论埃及伊蚊在实验室中植入了沃尔巴克氏菌,这是一种内生细菌,自然存在于昆虫体内。在印度尼西亚的日惹,这一成功故事也在重演,尽管遗憾的是,当政府试图扩大这一计划时,部分社区却拒绝接受。缺乏足够的社区教育也许是那些还不了解其好处的人拒绝接受的主要原因。结论:要使一项国家计划得以实施并得到社区的支持,就必须解决影响健康的社会决定因素。
