Therefore, mathematical modeling is an essential tool in the study about the dispersion of pollutants in the porous medium, in this case, in relation to how the water table can be reached by these pollutants. Thus, this work intends to carry out a study of a two-dimensional model of the dispersion of pollutants in sanitary landfills, considering the governing equation in the dimensionless form. In the problem under study, a continuous and uniform leakage from a MSW storage cell is considered. The adopted model is solved by the Generalized Integral Laplace Transform Technique (GILTT) method, whose solution is analytical, except for the truncation error in the infinite series. 摘要
