CT and MRI revealed a right-sided sinonasal tract mass with histopathological analysis revealing cells of clear cell renal cell carcinoma origin. Full-body CT revealed a 4.9-cm L renal mass for which cytoreductive nephrectomy was performed after immunotherapy.
