These results make a theoretical contribution in providing empirical evidence demonstrating the important role of innovation resources, innovation capabilities, and especially responsible innovation. 摘要

本文研究了在竞争环境下，创新资源、创新能力，特别是责任创新对企业可持续竞争优势提升的中介作用。本研究为定量研究，应用于越南河内的1-5星级酒店。研究结果表明:创新资源对产品创新能力、工艺创新能力、责任创新能力和SCA具有正向影响;产品和工艺创新能力对责任创新有正向影响;负责任创新对企业SCA具有正向影响，并在创新资源和创新能力对企业SCA的正向影响中起中介作用。研究结果为创新资源、创新能力尤其是负责任创新的重要作用提供了理论依据。因此，向管理者传递有用的信息，创造创新资源，增强创新能力，进行负责任的创新，提高企业的SCA。
