Method: An interview with five questions about knowledge and skills in Information technology (IT) was applied to family medicine residents. Results: The limitations of distance education are recognized: loss of interest and motivation, inability in surgical or practical specialties, extreme fatigue, difficulties in using ICT, loss of dynamism, distraction, thoughts of lack of use, decreased feedback from the doctor´s teaching and interest in academic activities, poor or no internet connection, inadequate spaces for classes. 摘要

在传统的教育模式中,老师在教室里讲课,学生在教室里听讲。新冠肺炎疫情影响培训,因此采用在线教育。目的:了解和描述在哈利斯科州IMSS医院UMF接受远程教育的家庭医学居民对COVID-19大流行的看法。方法:对家庭医学住院医师进行信息技术知识与技能5个问题的访谈。结果:人们认识到远程教育的局限性:失去兴趣和动力,无法胜任外科或实践专业,极度疲劳,难以使用ICT,失去活力,分心,缺乏使用的想法,医生的教学反馈减少以及对学术活动的兴趣,互联网连接差或没有,课堂空间不足。结论:研究生培训中医生对远程教育的认知在数字化教学和教学工具管理、技术故障、医生在研究生培训中感知到的信息饱和和数据误读等方面存在不足。
