The role of persuasive leadership here comes to play a vital role in reducing these effects and enhancing employee engagement and commitment. This research deals with the role of persuasive leadership in reducing functional alienation of the opinions of a sample of administrators of the Faculty of Administration and Economics at Al-Mustansiriya University. The methodology was to use a questionnaire to collect data from (34) employees.
