This research presents the applicability of the basic postulates of self-determination theory on a sample of 150 employees within the hotel sector in Belgrade. The aim of this paper is to determine the extent of which environmental factors, such as work climate, affect the satisfaction of basic psychological needs of employees and through them, the structure of motivation (autonomous/controlled/amotivation). 摘要

本文以自我决定理论为出发点,指出不同类型动机的存在,这些动机沿着动机连续体分布,并根据自我决定的程度而有所不同,其形成受到环境和个体因素的影响。本研究提出了自决理论的基本假设在贝尔格莱德酒店部门的150名员工的样本的适用性。本文的目的是确定哪些环境因素,如工作气候,影响员工的基本心理需求的满足程度,并通过他们,激励的结构(自主/控制/激励)。研究结果表明,工作氛围(即感知的自主支持)显著影响心理需求的满足和工作动机,其中基本心理需求的满足具有中介作用,从而为自主动机的形成创造了条件。
