摘要

回顾性研究37例胃食管反流患儿，采用Dor's前部分底折叠术治疗，临床效果为95%。晚期放射学检查证实84%的患者预后良好，无胃食管反流或底翻改变，平均随访6年。通过安全固定腹侧食道和部分底瓣至膈肌，可以保证部分底瓣的后期疗效。
