The biopsy shows some features of hemangioma: blood vessels with large lumen surrounded by endothelial cells, suggesting arteries. A large part of the connective tissue is fibrous and inflammatory. These observations lead us to the diagnosis of fibro angiomatous tumor. The treatment consisted in surgical excision.
