Traitement chirurgical des pseudarthroses diaphysaires aseptiques

Many factors may interfere with a repair of normal fracture resulting in non-union. In more than 90% of concerned patients, non-unions of long bone fractures can be treated successfully by a surgical procedure. Treatment must be individually adapted to the patient, addressing all components of the problem. Basic therapies applicable for the treatment of long bone fracture non-unions are reviewed, and specific treatments for non-unions in different locations (leg, femur, humerus, and clavicle) are analysed.
