The corrosion resistance of Sn-Co-X is better than trivalent chromium, hexavalent chromium, and it is much better than coarser- grained Sn-Co alloy, our research shows. The microstructures of Sn-Co-X alloy were analyzed by SEM, TEM, XPS and </span>AES.
