This paper describes 5 cases, one was primary, and the remaining 4 cases were supposed to be secondary to previous radiotherapy for malignant diseases in the head and neck region. Three cases were in the maxillary sinus and two at the tongue base. All patients received surgical treatment with or without postoperative irradiation.
