摘要

文献中很少报道绝经后妇女发生妊娠滋养细胞疾病的病例，在这一阶段发生绒毛膜癌的报道就更少了。病例是提出了一个病人诊断为子宫绒毛膜癌，其最后一次产科事件是14年前，目前的状况。结论DNA微卫星多态性是确定妊娠肿瘤起源的最特异的方法。目前正在研究子宫动脉脉搏指数作为甲氨蝶呤耐药的预测指标，甲氨蝶呤是治疗这种癌症的一线药物。

Coriocarcinoma durante la perimenopausia: reporte de un caso

Introduction

There are few cases reported in the literature on gestational trophoblastic disease in postmenopausal women, and there are even fewer reports of choriocarcinoma at this stage.
