Clinical trials are necessary to assess the effectiveness and safety of these treatments, addressing paradoxical responses in neurotuberculosis cases and ultimately improving patient outcomes. Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic analyses can inform evidence-based dose selection and exposure optimization.
