管理好小学教师的专业能力发展活动是确保2018年通识教育计划成功实施的因素之一。本文着重分析了胡志明市3个典型区小学的活动管理现状:课程规划管理能力建设;利用教育方法管理能力发展;利用学生评估方法和技术管理能力发展;管理辅导和学生支持的能力发展;建设教育环境的管理能力建设管理学生教育中学校、家庭和社会协调能力的发展管理教师外语和信息技术能力的培养;管理条件,以确保有效的教师专业能力发展活动。因此,清楚地认识到管理工作的局限性,为制定措施管理胡志明市小学教师的专业能力发展活动建立前提,以满足2018年通识教育计划。
