This article focuses on analyzing the current activity management in Ho Chi Minh City’s primary schools in 3 typical districts in terms of: managing capacity development for lesson planning; managing capacity development using educational methods; managing capacity development using student assessment methods and techniques; Managing capacity development of counseling and student support; managing capacity development of building an educational environment; managing capacity development of coordination between school, family and society in educating students; managing the development of teachers' ability to use foreign languages and information technology; managing the conditions to ensure effective professional capacity development activities for teachers.
